This is Taylor-made Communications’ online style guide. At the moment it’s “in beta”, which means “it isn’t finished – so please don’t judge us by it”.

This is a place where our writers and clients can go if they aren’t sure about something – such as when it’s acceptable to use the “&” sign. The conventions that we use day-to-day are all publicly available for anyone to use – and are filed in the “TMC General” category. We may add other categories in future for styles that only apply to particular kinds of writing or particular clients.

Please leave comments to let us know what you think – or email style@taylormc.co.uk.

If you find this style guide useful, you might be interested in getting us to help you with writing, editing or training. We explain more in our main website at www.taylormc.co.uk.
